srs2013Bonus Round 0 is now closed, and Bonus Round 1 is now open! Let's get creating, shall we?
This round, the theme is book-based AUs.
If you have an idea for something you'd like to see, please leave a book title, the characters involved, and any other details as a PROMPT below. Then read through everyone else's prompts, and leave a FILL for any which catch your eye. Fills can be in any media, and they need not be long, but please put a little effort in--if anyone starts spamming this post for points, we'll be able to tell.
You should place PROMPT/FILL, your current team affiliation and a brief summary in the comment title. NSFW prompts and fills should mention this in the summary or at the top of the post.
You will be awarded five points per prompt for the first five prompts you leave. The first three fills posted for each prompt will receive 15 points, the next three 10 points, and the next three 5 points. Prompts with ten or more fills will no longer receive fill points.
Bonus rounds are still rarepair only, but you can post prompts or fills for any rare ship this round, including gen/platonic ones (which should be indicated with an & as above). However, you may not fill your own prompt. We also encourage people not to fill prompts from their teammates, although the points will not be deducted if you do.
Bonus round fills can include links provided they are publicly viewable. Works can also be cross-posted to other websites, as there is no anonymity requirement in bonus rounds. However, works posted directly to comments will be limited to 16,000 characters by the Dreamwidth comment limit. Longer works should therefore be divided between multiple comments.
Remember, Team Chuck can participate in bonus rounds, and if you change teams, points earned will transfer with you until the end of the team shuffle period.

PROMPT, Team Anna/Ruby, The Hunger Games

FILL, Team Anna/Jo, Hunger Games AU (NSFW)
Date: 2013-09-30 03:26 am (UTC)By the time they've been together for nearly a week, both girls know that they wouldn't have survived this long on their own. Ruby has no doubt that she wouldn't have survived the fight with Crowley without Anna's back-up, and Anna is sure that Meg would've ambushed her if Ruby hadn't seen the blonde first. So when they first start feeling things that they know they shouldn't, both tributes tell themselves it's just gratefulness. An appreciation for the help that they've shared.
On the seventh night, though, it gets cold -- nearly freezing, Anna is sure of it. They find a small cave to hide in, to at least cut down on wind chill. But neither even dares suggest building a fire, they know the smoke would only draw attention to them. And with the remaining Careers Dean and Bela still prowling the arena, they're not willing to risk it. So they do the next best thing they know to keep warm -- cuddle.
They're both awkward at fist, though Ruby is the first to relax. Anna's breathing is shallow, because underneath the dirt and sweat and blood, Ruby's scent is intoxicating. And the red head is doing everything she can not to let it get to her -- if she lets herself get any closer to Ruby, knowing the way this has to end, it's only going to make things harder. The dark-haired beauty doesn't seem to have any such qualms, though, as Anna feels her hand trailing up her thigh, her side, all the way up to her cheek to pull her close for a kiss that neither of them pull away from until they need to breathe.
"Ruby, we can't--"
"Just for tonight. No strings attached."
When Anna hesitates, Ruby continues. "C'mon, Red. In a few days, at least one of us is going to be dead. Don't you think we've earned a little fun?"
Anna nods then, and that seems to have been all the permission Ruby was waiting for as she pushes the other girl onto her back, hands roaming over every possible inch of her body hungrily. The red head can't help but let out a soft gasp as cold fingers slip under her top, making her shiver in a way that doesn't have anything to do with the temperature. Her companion's smirk is practically predatory as she brings their mouths together again, this kiss a desperate mix of tongues and teeth and emotions they've both been pretending weren't there.
When they pull apart this time both girls are panting, but Ruby doesn't waste any time in sliding down Anna's body, pulling off her pants and spreading her legs in one fluid movement. She hesitates only a second to meet Anna's gaze, and when she receives another nod of agreement, the brunette ducks her head to lick a few long and slow strokes between her companion's thighs.
It's not long at all before the red-head is squirming and gasping out Ruby's name, one hand over her mouth to stop herself from making too much noise, while the other is wound tightly in wavy dark hair. Ruby loves the attention, and takes note of the way Anna moves beneath her, learning what she enjoys most, and using it. She practically takes Anna apart with her tongue and her fingers, and when she comes Ruby doesn't let up right away and instead continues licking for a few more moments, enjoying the way Anna shifts and bucks her hips in pleasure. Eventually, Ruby moves back up to press her mouth against Anna's again, and the later groans against her lips in appreciation as they kiss and tangle their bodies together once again.
They continue giving each other reasons to stay warm for the rest of the night, knowing that they might as well make all they can of the moment. Because when the sun rises on the two of them still entwined in each others arms, they both know that this was a one time deal. Only one of them is going to make it out of the arena, and there's no use pretending otherwise. All they can do is hope that someone else can pick one of them off before the end. Because if it comes down to the two of them, neither is sure they'll be able to handle it.
