Anna is the Deaf girl in Charlie's math class, and the later just can't stop thinking about her. Charlie then attempts to learn Sign Language to ask Anna out (or just befriend her if you'd prefer)
I'd also be cool with this being Megstiel or Annaby or something if you prefer, and if you really want you can change the language -- I just really like ASL
