It's an anniversary of sorts, both when Lucifer met Nick and when he took him as his vessel. Can either be while Lucifer is still wearing Nick (in an AU situation, obviously) or with Lucifer in Sam, but the relationship must be between Nick and Lucifer, regardless of vessel.
