Bonus Round 1
Bonus Round 0 is now closed, and Bonus Round 1 is now open! Let's get creating, shall we?
This round, the theme is book-based AUs.
If you have an idea for something you'd like to see, please leave a book title, the characters involved, and any other details as a PROMPT below. Then read through everyone else's prompts, and leave a FILL for any which catch your eye. Fills can be in any media, and they need not be long, but please put a little effort in--if anyone starts spamming this post for points, we'll be able to tell.
You should place PROMPT/FILL, your current team affiliation and a brief summary in the comment title. NSFW prompts and fills should mention this in the summary or at the top of the post.
You will be awarded five points per prompt for the first five prompts you leave. The first three fills posted for each prompt will receive 15 points, the next three 10 points, and the next three 5 points. Prompts with ten or more fills will no longer receive fill points.
Bonus rounds are still rarepair only, but you can post prompts or fills for any rare ship this round, including gen/platonic ones (which should be indicated with an & as above). However, you may not fill your own prompt. We also encourage people not to fill prompts from their teammates, although the points will not be deducted if you do.
Bonus round fills can include links provided they are publicly viewable. Works can also be cross-posted to other websites, as there is no anonymity requirement in bonus rounds. However, works posted directly to comments will be limited to 16,000 characters by the Dreamwidth comment limit. Longer works should therefore be divided between multiple comments.
Remember, Team Chuck can participate in bonus rounds, and if you change teams, points earned will transfer with you until the end of the team shuffle period.

"My dear, darling doctor, I have solved the case!” Castiel pronounces, his low voice echoing through the room, in the odd, archaic way he often speaks when suddenly awakening in the middle of the night when Meg is trying to sleep.
"Is that so?" Meg asks in a mumble, slowly and lazily making her way onto her side to look at him. Castiel is naked and she looks at his back where he’s sat straight up, the muscles in his shoulders and the scars on his skin looking oddly ethereal in the gentle moonlight filtering in through the blinds.
"Yes," Castiel turns, and the joy on his face is immense, as it always is. "You see, our victim was-"
"Shut up." Meg interrupts him, holding up a hand. Castiel’s mouth closes with a click. "Lie back down." Castiel does, lying down and then turning on his side so they’re both facing each other. He looks like a kicked puppy without being able to tell her all about it, and Meg closes her eyes before doing what she always, always does, and sits up, leaning on her hand and resting on her elbow. “Okay, shoot. But speak quietly, and we’re not actually doing anything other than remain in this bed until that alarm clock goes off in the morning. Do you understand me?”
"Yes, Meg, of course I do. Now, our victim-" Castiel talks animatedly, despite running on barely two hours’ worth of sleep, and despite herself Meg smiles as he explains his new theory. Castiel is a sweet man, pretty and earnest, but God, his detective thing is tiring.
Not that Meg would give it up for anything else in the world. By God, it - and indeed, Castiel himself - was the best thing that’d ever happened to her.
Fill, Team Balthazar/Castiel, Sherlock Holmes AU for Castiel/Meg [NSFW]
“You’re going to need to be more careful,” Meg said as she knelt between Castiel’s legs, dabbing at the cut on his face, cleaning it with antiseptic.
Castiel hissed and batted her hand away, “It hurts. You’re a doctor aren’t you supposed to be more gentle?”
Meg laughed, “It wouldn’t hurt if you hadn’t gone and gotten into a fight without knowing the dangers of it.”
“I knew the dangers of it, I just miscalculated the timing,” Castiel growled slightly peeved at having to lie to cover up the fact that he had gotten distracted. His eyes wandered once again to the source of distraction, Meg’s chest where the dress dipped down low, revealing her cleavage.
“Miscalculated?” Meg asked raising a brow, a knowing smile on the corners of her lips as she caught where Castiel’s eyes were looking, “More like distracted,” she said a finger under his stubbled chin as she raised his eyes to meet hers once more.
“Piss off,” Castiel said, he didn’t mean it harshly. Meg did look really beautiful in a dress. “It’s not every day I see you in dresses,” he muttered as Meg stuck a Band-Aid over the cut.
“It’s not every day I have to pretend to be your wife,” Meg teased as she pulled back now done with cleaning his cut, “Besides I hate dresses,” she added as an after thought.
Castiel caught her around the waist as she stood, pulling her back into his arms, as he pressed his face into the small of her back, breathing in her sweet scent. He shifted, letting his hands trail up over her flat stomach and move to gently cup her breasts, thumbing her hardening nipples, “Maybe I can convince you otherwise Meg,” he says coaxing her into his lap now.
Meg shuddered as she leaned back into the detective, her head on his shoulder as she let his hands roam over her body. Her voice was breathy as she spoke, “I’d like to see you try.” His chest rumbled as he laughed, Meg liked it when he laughed, the sound deep and velvety, he never let anyone but her hear his laughter.
“To the bedroom then doctor?” he whispers by her ear, letting his tongue lick the shell of it and then gently nipping her sensitive earlobe and making her squirm.
She let out a stuttery sigh, her hands snaking around his neck as she turned bringing his lips to hers, “No, let’s do it here,” Meg whispered a devilish grin on her lips.
Castiel smirks, “You’d best hope that the landlord doesn’t come up then.”

I've playing around with this prompt for days and days and I just never felt 100% about anything I made, so I finally settled with this one. (I will later actually write something to do this prompt justice)
