I would love to see an AU in which Naomi had been raised by a very strict, zealously religious mother who had alienated her from the world. In high school, she is avoided by a majority of the students, who perhaps find her too proper and stuck up. It’s only then that Naomi meets the infamous Abaddon, with her bright lipstick and carefully made hair. It is soon after Naomi discovers her telekinetic powers that Abby shows her the best ways to ditch school, and the next few weeks are spent with the girls exploring new ways to rebel—Naomi against her mother, Abaddon against the world.
It ends with the prom. This idea can be explored from many angles, but I’m particularly fond of Abaddon holding Naomi’s hand as Naomi destroys the school and everyone in it.
